About
Who runs Highstake.
A boutique quantitative digital asset firm running a single systematic strategy, with a named principal and a fixed, deliberately narrow mandate.
I manage digital asset portfolios for high-net-worth individuals and private offices, and have worked in the sector since 2019: first as a private investor, subsequently as an operator and advisor. I have also supported capital formation for more than forty blockchain ventures, working directly with private and institutional allocators.
At Highstake I am responsible for the firm, allocator relationships, capital formation, and operations, and I share risk oversight with our quantitative principal.
One strategy, run narrowly.
Highstake runs one strategy: a fully systematic, market-neutral counter-trend program on liquid perpetual futures, executed end-to-end by our own engine with no discretion in normal operation.
That narrowness is the point. We are not a multi-strategy shop and we do not intend to become one. Capacity is finite and managed as a limit, not a target.
A clear division of responsibilities.
Responsibilities are split deliberately: I run the firm, its allocator relationships, and its operations, while our quantitative principal leads research and execution. Risk oversight is shared between us.
Allocations are structured as separately managed accounts. Capital stays in exchange accounts you control, you can disconnect at any time, and the performance fee applies to realized profit only, with no fee on assets under management or unrealized marks.
The constraints are the product.
We do not take discretionary positions, express directional views, or override the system when it stands down. We do not take custody of client assets. We do not charge on paper gains.
