This Privacy Policy explains how Highstake LLC ("Highstake," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the website at highstake.app and its subdomains (the "Site") or contact us. We collect only what we need and we do not sell personal information.

01Information we collect

We collect personal information in two ways:

• Information you provide. When you submit a request through the Site, such as an access request, tear-sheet request, or general inquiry, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, firm or organization, and any message content.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting and analytics providers collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate region, used for security and aggregate, privacy-preserving usage measurement.

02How we use information

• To respond to your requests and send the materials you ask for (such as a tear sheet).
• To communicate with prospective and existing allocators about the strategy.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

03Service providers

We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality obligations. These currently include our website host and analytics provider (Vercel), our transactional email provider (Resend), and our database provider (Neon). We do not sell personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising.

04Cookies & analytics

The Site uses cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics and does not set non-essential or advertising cookies. Because of this, the Site does not display a tracking-consent banner. Any strictly necessary storage is limited to what is required for the Site to function.

05Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business and due-diligence records, and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

06Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at invest@highstake.app. We will respond within a reasonable period.

08International transfers

Highstake is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and our service providers may process data in other jurisdictions. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this Policy.

09Children

The Site is intended for qualified allocators and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

10Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
